No 14-day withdrawal right. A congress ticket is a leisure service supplied on a specific date, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (OUG 34/2014, art. 16 lit. l). What applies instead: a 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the congress, and a full refund if we cancel the event. See the Refund Policy.
Your seat is held for 30 minutes. When you start checkout, the ticket is reserved for you for 30 minutes to complete payment. If payment isn't finished in time, the reservation is cancelled automatically and the seat goes back on sale. If a payment still goes through after that window — by mistake — it is refunded within a few working days.
