Terms of Service – Service Delivery

1. Service Description

The service provided through tacssyd.ro consists of granting access to the TACSSYD Annual Conference by purchasing participation tickets.
The ticket grants the holder access to:

  • Conference halls and scientific sessions.
  • Scheduled workshops (subject to registration and prerequisites where applicable).
  • The official Opening Ceremony.
  • The Gala Dinner.

Purchasing a ticket guarantees all benefits stated in the ticket description on tacssyd.ro at the time of purchase.

2. Order Placement and Confirmation

  • An order is considered confirmed only after the ticket payment has been successfully processed.
  • Upon confirmation, an email will be sent to the address provided at checkout, containing order details and payment confirmation.

3. Event Access

  • Access to the event is granted via the QR code printed on the badge issued at the check-in desk on the first day of the conference.
  • The badge is personal and non-transferable.

4. Event Schedule Information

  • All details regarding dates, times, and locations will be sent by email and published on the official website.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, speakers, or locations. Participants are advised to check the website regularly for updates.

5. No Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
  • No partial refunds will be granted for unattended sessions or events.
