Tickets purchased through tacssyd.ro are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case where the event is fully cancelled by the Organizer.
The ticket price includes only the features and benefits explicitly listed at the time of purchase on tacssyd.ro. No additional services or benefits are implied or covered.
If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, the full ticket price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the official cancellation notice.
The Organizer will not cover any related expenses such as transportation, accommodation, or other personal costs incurred by the participant.
As a general rule, tickets are non-transferable. However, the Organizer may allow exceptional one-time transfers if a participant can no longer attend and wishes to assign their ticket to a close acquaintance.
