1. Purpose
The TACSSYD Annual Conference is an academic and professional event organized by ASOCIATIA SOCIETATEA STUDENTEASCA DE CHIRURGIE DIN ROMANIA. This Code of Conduct is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants.
2. General Behaviour
- Participants are expected to act with respect, professionalism, and courtesy towards all other attendees, speakers, and staff.
- Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The event badge must be worn at all times during the conference, workshops, and gala dinner.
3. Safety Measures at Workshops
- Participation in hands-on workshops requires signing the occupational health and safety agreement before starting the session.
- All safety instructions provided by the workshop trainers must be followed at all times.
- Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
4. Photography and Recording
- Photography and video recording are allowed only if they do not disturb sessions or violate privacy rights.
- Certain workshops or presentations may prohibit recording; instructions will be provided on-site.
5. Compliance
By attending the event, you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
The Organizer reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the event without refund, in case of non-compliance.
